Quick policy notes

  • Returns Request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. It must be unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back.
  • Damaged or incorrect items Contact us immediately after delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.
  • Refunds Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to post them.
  • Shipping Available shipping methods, delivery options, taxes, and final charges are confirmed at checkout. Product-specific timing appears on the product page when available.
