Open — a mecha deploying, a starship leaving dock.
Closed — a quiet titanium badge.
It's a pry bar that transforms, a mecha that folds.
A tool's silhouette, a mecha's soul — a cyber collectible that fidgets with you.
01
Meet the TR-1
The TR-1 is the debut cyber-mecha folding pry bar from Tea Room edc. A cold-forged titanium body is cut into a cyber mechanical skeleton: geometric facet lines, triangular cutouts, the aesthetics of future industry deconstructed. Gilt-gold, fog-blue and jade-green anodized modules interlock over a precision pivot like armor plates.
Cold metal skin meets starship lines — every open and close bursts with hard sci-fi texture; pocketed, it becomes a quiet piece of cyber-industrial art you carry every day.
02
Four qualities
Light
The titanium body runs about 40% lighter than the same volume of steel — solid in hand, restrained in weight.
Hard
The pry arm is M390 powder-metallurgy super steel — up to 60–62 HRC, rich in vanadium carbides for extreme wear and corrosion resistance.
Colorful
The gold, blue and jade tones all come from anodizing — no paint, no plating; color-blocked modules assembled like armor.
Smooth
A precision pivot with tightly interlocked modules — deploy the arm from its "dock," snap it home; every cycle is crisp and clean.
03
How hard is M390?
Players call M390 a "super steel." Put it next to other common steels and both its hardness and corrosion resistance speak for themselves.
* Hardness values are typical heat-treatment references (HRC); the chart uses HRC 45 as baseline to magnify differences. With ~20% chromium, M390's corrosion resistance sits in the top tier of steels as well.

Frequently asked questions
01
What is it? What does it do?
The TR-1 is a cyber-mecha folding fidget piece built on a pry-bar silhouette — the mechanical rhythm of opening and closing is its core joy, and it handles light-duty prying like opening boxes.
02
Is it heavy? Easy to carry?
The cold-forged titanium body runs about 40% lighter than the same volume of steel; folded shut, it's compact enough for everyday pocket or bag carry.
03
What is M390 steel?
An Austrian Böhler powder-metallurgy stainless steel: ~20% chromium for first-tier corrosion resistance, high vanadium carbides for extreme wear resistance, typically 60–62 HRC — a genuine "super steel" for premium tools and collectibles.
04
How do I care for it?
Titanium and M390 are both highly corrosion-resistant — a soft cloth wipe is enough. If the pivot feels gritty, a drop of fine instrument oil helps. Store away from hard objects to protect the anodized finish.
Fold the mecha into your pocket.
Hold the starship in your palm.
Open, close — cyberpunk.
